Reporting to the SVP for Population and Community Health, this position works collaboratively across teams to develop and maintain data collection, measurement tools and databases to support data analysis in support of population health, community health and managed care initiatives.

As the leader of the registration functions for Inpatient, Ambulatory Surgery and Emergency Room services, the Patient Access Director is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the functions and day-to-day activities of IMC Patient Access teams.Responsible for development and consistent implementation of policies, systems and procedures related to registration accuracy, quality metric management, accountability, supervision of personnel and staffing to maximize efficacy of registration as the first key step in the revenue cycle process.
Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Quality/PI, the Director of Regulatory Services ensures that regulatory and patient safety goals of the System are met by performing and managing regulatory, accreditation performance improvement activities, and developing optimal strategies throughout the regulatory process. The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for utilizing the nursing process in the provision of safe quality care of patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterological and pulmonary procedures to include patient teaching, physical and psychological preparation. An Endoscopy Registered Nurse’s duties range from pre -and intraprocedural interventions to immediate postprocedural assessment, care of equipment, specimen handling, and documentation.
Under the direction and supervision of a pharmacist, provides accurate assistance in the filling of orders, performance of clerical duties and maintaining adequate supplies. Delivers medication and supplies to Nursing units and departments as required.
