The Chief Engineer provides the technical supervision for the development, production or operation of an engineering/plant operation function. This position leads the solution process, develops plans and implements changes to improve process, increase efficiency and ensure security and safety of staff and patients.

The Ambulatory Health and Nutrition Educator is a Registered Dietitian that assesses the nutrition health needs of patients and provides individualized education and Medical Nutrition therapy via the Nutrition Care Process. Functions as a vital part of the Interdisciplinary team and performs as a liaison of the Ambulatory and Food and Nutrition Department throughout the hospital and or the ambulatory care program. Provides supervision and guidance to diet clerks, diet Technitian to ensure the execution of the patient nutritional needs.
The Ambulatory Health and Nutrition Educator assists the Clinical Nutrition Manager in matters relating to Quality Assurance, productivity, menu development, patient educational material, and patient satisfaction surveys. Participation on Hospital and ambulatory committees, planning, and employee/staff training such as doctors, nursing in terms of nutrition as needed. Responsible for personnel development and orientation. Supports the highest possible patient satisfaction levels that ensure program effectiveness in attaining our Ambulatory patient, Hospital, Food, and Nutritional Service goals.

The Family Resource Specialists conducts outreach, interviews parents and builds community relationships to support the programs’ ability to meet the required capacity and utilization indicators. Family Resource Specialists must have an ability to develop trusting relationships and knowledge of infant and child development. The FRS must also have a capacity for introspection and an ability to communicate awareness of self in relation to others.

The Senior Clinical Instructor is responsible for developing, conducting and evaluating in-service programs, orientation and continuing education for nurses, students and other staff in a specified clinical area. Develops educational policies and procedures. Serves as a resource person to staff and management. Participates in CQI performance improvement activities; serves on special committees as needed.

The Retention & Adherence Specialist conducts outreach, intake, assessments, screenings and medical case management for persons living with HIV who have not achieved viral suppression. Reports to the Program Manager, the Retention and Adherence Program.
Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Critical care Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities of Critical care Nurses include (but are not limited to):
Assessment: Conducts ongoing focused physical, psychosocial, and pain assessments; includes assessment of patient education needs.
Planning: Utilizes the assessment, identifies problems, and makes nursing diagnoses, formulate goals, teaching plans and outcomes to create an individualized plan of care. Identifies individual patient goals, readiness to learn, and incorporates family into the plan of care.
Implementation: Prioritizes and implements an efficient nursing plan of care.
Evaluation/Reassessment: Consistently conducts timely evaluations, recognizes changes in patient conditions, determines when reassessments are needed, and adjusts the plan of care as necessary. Compares expected and achieved outcomes of nursing care utilizing the plan of care.
Evaluate patient’s response to interventions and communicates with other healthcare team members the need to revise or maintain plan of care.
