The Team Lead of Health Equity & Associate Program Director of Health Equity, for the Department of Medicine, being informed/guided by the OBH SVP, Health Equity, Population and Community Health, is responsible for developing and leading health equity initiatives across the Dept. of Medicine and Ambulatory Services and is also responsible for the well-being, education, and professional development of Interfaith internal medicine residents, with a particular focus on teaching and promoting the health equity of our community. The above comprises 50% of the effort associate with administration & teaching. The other 50% is comprised of patient care activities at OBH’s various clinics or inpatient campuses.

The role of the Case Management Nurse is responsible for coordination, and direction for the patient care case management strategies to ensure quality care, and efficient use of resources. The Case Management Nurse also provides for staff management, and leadership in departmental planning and policy development.
The Per Diem Computer Operator role is responsible for providing first line support and issue triage for computing devices and their associated peripherals. Computer Operators are responsible for answering help desk calls and emails and for entering issues into the hospital ticketing system. Computer Operators are also responsible for user account creation, password resets, and for assisting callers to the help desk with issues that can be resolved remotely. The role is expected to provide customer friendly end user support and to learn new technologies as they are incorporated into the hospital environment. Computer Operators are expected to perform all duties as determined by the Help Desk Supervisor and the AVP of Infrastructure.

The dietitian plans and delivers nutritional care to patients according to up to date clinical standards and judgement. Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary care team and acts as a liaison between the dietary patient services staff and medical team. Screens newly admitted patients to identify those at nutritional risk and completes nutritional assessments on in-paitent units assigned or based on departmental needs. Exercises independent judgement under the general supervision of the Patient Experience Manager/Clinical Nutrition Manager and General Manager of Food and Nutrition Services. Must adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
Perform and report results on a variety of analytical tests and procedures of patient specimen samples according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
