Serves as a resource person to staff and management.  Participates in CQI performance improvement activities; serves on special committees as needed.

The position provides support at the Enterprise level for our Learning Management System to drive learning innovations through system-wide initiatives and be a member of the Training and Organizational Development team assisting with Quality and Compliance and documentation of educational activities conducted in the assigned department or function.      

Provides and manages direct patient care, infants through the geriatric population, in the Emergency Department.  Assures the adequacy and appropriateness of medical care provided to patients.
